Sara Lazar and her team at Harvard discovered that in as little as 8 weeks, mindfulness practice can physically change the structure of the brain in areas that are responsible for stress, self regulation, memory and executive functioning.  Better yet, studies show that not only does the brain change, the way we feel changes. We stress less, feel better and produce more.


This experiential 8 week course meets once a week for 1/2 hour.
